I personally do not think this is copyright infringement because of the following reasons, but of course I might be wrong, and if so please feel free to correct me. This is my first Upload and I'm still learning

First of all I did do something of this myself: the arrow
. If you think that sounds too lame, please try doing this image for image counting single pixels and then saying this wasn't any work. Still this might not be sufficient. So, secondly, I checked the guidelines, and they say. "...However, although they are theoreticaly also copyrighted, we will be lenient concerning corporate logos and OS ports, unless we are approached by the companies and asked to remove them..." . Although I'm not completely up to date, I don't think that happened yet.
Finally I haven't seen this flag by another author - if anybody else did this before, please post a link and I will be happy to remove this immediately, as it wouldn't be of any use anymore.
Untill then I hope I didn't do wrong too much

I really don't see how this could be copyright infringement, since nobody's making any money off of this. What copyright might be infringed, here?
