that depend of the administrator I think and certain person goes up
quickly while of other as me are always on same the levels. me I am
apprentice since almost the beginning with more 250000 download of my work
. while of other are higher with less work.
that can be unjust but we are not the masters ,me also I did not understand all on this subject.
finaly the masters is the administrator ,i think is depending of work and other !!!

In order to be promoted, you need not only to have many downloads (that's not even the issue). You need also to help out in the skinning community, such as helping out new users, posting on teh message boards, ommenting on other users skins, etc.

I am currently using 2 programs one for prayer times and one called "thaker" and i would like an icon of each so that i can use it on my dock
