I downloaded and checked. It works. A coupla points:
1. You must be using Win2K/XP
2. The Turbonote system-wide hotkeys must be their default values
(as shown in the preview image)

On a side note, if there are many of you running Win 95/98/Me, please let me know. I'll release a version that'll work on them too.

Please people, I am still using it and it really, really works. Please read the description and the comments.. I am sure you are missing something. It could be the default keyboard shortcut settings or your OS could be something other than Win 2K/XP.

I think some people did not understand that you need to have the Turbonote software installed. This docklet creates a new note from Object Dock for that Turbonote software: http://turbonote.com/

An icon would have been enough, this "docklet" is purely overkill and serves no good purpose whatsoever.

Oh yeah, like someone mentioned, you need to have TurboNote installed in the first place. The docklet itself doesn't create/manage notes.

? any One need help making TurboNote work here is what you need to do.

1. go and download the TurboNote program at http://turbonote.com/spis/runisa.dll?SV:TBNDOWNHELP:184018
2. install that program and then go download TurboNote Note Creator docklet
3. now unzip TurboNote Note Creator to C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Docklets
4. run ObjectDock or ObjectDock Plus and add a shortcut
5. in the setting of the shortcut add the TurboNote Note Creator the one you unzip in ObjectDock\Docklets
6. now you are done it sould work if not redownload the TurboNote Note Creator docklet and unzip it in the same placs

Thanks dude .. I thought my instructions were easy and straightforward enough for people to understand ..
but I keep forgetting that this is a huge place with people from all kinds of backgrounds..
