I'm guessing you mean to make it your ObjectDock background/foreground? There should be a readme file in the zip you downloaded. If it's not clear enough, feel free to ask.

Love this background
now that it's 5 years later, any chance of updating it so the ends of it look cleaner (not just 'sliced' off but instead end in a set of needles?)

are there any files that arent a zip file? Those dont work on my computer.......
