why need the docklet
if you could make an icon with the
Link: C:\WINDOWS\System32\rundll32.exe
Arguments:
user32.dll,LockWorkStation

there is your lock icon

The way you do it saves RAM.
I agree with you, it's simplier.
Maybe you could publish all links that can call system options by using the rundll32 dll calls ?

I think it's a fine idea! Very useful!

AsXJaCkaL, I tell you why, because there are a lot of people that have no idea how to do what you wrote or even know that it's an option! Not only that but this is a lot easier...it's all already done! If you don't need it than good for you! But perhaps there are those that do! Why don't you find a more helpful/useful way to make comments, rather than being rude?
