This should NOT be downloaded by anyone and SD should pull it until the poster checks what they are posting first.
It is likely it is overwriting a number of your other OD files. The poster obviously did not check their work before posting. This zip has most of their OD folder, but not what they previewed at all. They put dlls and inis for other things in this and it is probably overwriting the ones you have.
This was just plain silly.

This Dock does NOT work! I have tried and tried and tried again. Do not download it, as it does not work and will most likely cause errors.

This is buggy! - when I loaded the config, it hung OD+ for quite a long time.
