Wow, this is neat, first saw it in the OD+ video demo and wondered where I could get it. Its now on Wincust 
I am no expert in OD+ so is it possible to have no block to the left of tabs? I have a tabbed dock on the botton right and my icon space is larger than the tabs so it filles the rest in with a block to the left of the tabs. Is it possible to configure so that only the tabbed area is visible ? That would be nicer for me. Thanks.

how do you install setup this skin, i cant choose it when i extract to objd background folder

Firstly, the tabbed docks in the screenshot will only work for ObjectDock Plus.
Secondly make sure you have extracted the files to the Objectdock /Backgrounds/ folder with 'Use Folder Names' option checked (winzip).
After that they should be in the Apperance page of the OD control panel, just pop the pulldown menu and scroll till you find them.
