Inspired ?!
I am a proud Mac OS X user, I'm 16 years old. You didn't get "inspired" by it.
All you did was open MSN Messanger, or the .icns file with a program (probably Iconographer) and saved it, or exported it as a .png !

Make your icons from scratch in Photoshop like real artists, such as myself.

My first priority is that they are nice. Who cares if the icons are not designed 100% by you

Debeli, it's not very well managed, but any copy pasting, or using of images that do not belong and are soley made by you, is considered ripping and goes against policy here. Nice or pretty should be 2nd in priority next to whether or not it works, form follows function.
