Ok, so here is the "official" release of my first set of Dock Icons.
16 Pngs Images

There are only in PNG format right now, but I will be uploading them as .ico files as soon as I get some feedback on a question I posted in the message boards. Which you are welcome to have a look at and give me your thoughts too....
The question I'm asking which specific formats of icons are preferred? Right now the icons of these have 21 formats, but I'm thinking that's too many...I can just release them as they are, but I think the file size would end up being rather large...
Here's the link to the thread, please feel free to give your opinion.
LinkNow also I wanted to say that these are my first "real" icons, though they are pngs...lol, so I ask for suggestions and comments that are helpful...I understand that these aren't going to be real popular because they're kind of girly, but I have a "thing" for hearts and with the coming holiday I thought they be fitting, but I'd like to ask that you not be rude in your comments, please.
From time to time I feel that "we" in the skinning community tend to be a little judgmental...and I'm not pointing fingers...I'm sure I do this too, but my point is that I feel that we sometimes loose new skinners, before we even get to see what they can do and that's because sometimes the comments we leave for them aren't always helpful. I guess we are spoiled by skinners like Adni18 & Triggs & Pinchecl and forget that they had to start somewhere too...
And again, I'm not point fingers, this is something I've seen all over the place and from myself too...which I think is rather sad and am very thankful that there are some that dont't give up, because you never know what sort of talent they may develop with a little help from the experts...And as for "who" the experts may be, well to tell the truth, they may not always be the actual skinners, because sometimes users can be just as helpful to a newbie as an actual skinner, with me?
Ok, so down from my soap box, I just wish we could share a little more knowledge and a little less, "oh that sucks..." and oops I forgot to mention that we all have feelings...and I bet you can guess the rest..
Thanks
TNBrat!

I'm also right with you on the soap box as I have seen people be so critical of the most minor things, especially with the WBs. There are some beautiful files out there that have gotten low ratings for whatever reason. Because of all the negative feedback people tend to leave, that is why I have never uploaded any of my creations.
Ah well... looking forward to what else you have in store for Valentines!
