Yes, you are right.
Firsttime the icons are here not certified! I think "OK", personal use. No Problem for me.
Now, i come home and have a mail with a Link to the Icons and i think "What is that?"
I change the icons or Delete and make Update at the Weekend.

how do i get them so i can actualy use them? i unziped it and i see them as a photo but when i go to chang it , right click and go to properties and go to change icon it tells me that its not a valid icon its just a pic ? how do i use them as icons? all my icons in my normal windows are a .dll file

Modifying icons for personal use is fine with me, but dont submit them and pretend they're yours.
