Once you've downloaded, double click on the zip file & extract the files to the 'Objectdock' / 'Backgrounds' folder.
(make sure you add a new folder called 'black metal' in the 'backgrounds' folder because I think the zip contains the componant part without the original folder )
Once you've got all that carry on sorted.... , Open objectdock & 'Black metal tabs ' should be in your backrounds selections.
Hope this helps, (I'm not very good at explaining things.

You'll have to edit / build a new dock from the object dock config dialog.
Just select 'Black Metal' from the tab 'style' drop down box & save the theme once youve finnished editing / building your dock.
