It means I can't walk very well due to deterioration of the muscle tissue in my feet.
Many people become offended when I use the word to describe myself.
But I LOVE the word! It's one of my favorite words in the whole dictionary (if it's even in there)!
So being allowed to call myself a gimp is, I guess, one of the perks for not being able to walk very well.

And everybody lighten up a step, just on general purpose and for no particular reason. Please?

My closest friend, the CEO of a modest company in our town, took himself way too seriously most of the time. Now, at age 46, his body decided it couldn't handle the stress. So starting last week, he doesn't get to live any more. Age 46. Three kids. Seven thousand mourners.
By the way, that's why I can't walk very well: stress.
This is just my message of life, given in love of humankind.
