I cannot get any new dock backgrounds to install. I copied the unzipped folder to c:\progra, files\stardock\objectdock\backgrouns\nontabbed and mezzanine does not appera as a dock option.

I never use those folders in there. Try just putting the unzipped folder into the backgrounds folder (none of those sub folders). See if that works for you.
