Downloaded the file unzipped it saw the files inside and now I'm totally confused as to what I do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated....Thank you

Just drop the folder in the .zip directly into you rainlendar skins folder.

The font is called Jokerman. A Google search will probably lead you to a download of the font (you need to install the font on your computer)
