That happens to me most of the time so, you are not alone m'friend. I guess when you submit a skin say, 3 hrs before office hrs starts, it gets moderated very very quickly. Xedion was only moderated about 15 minutes before it was out here.
I commented on this at DA already. But again:

Ahhhh, so thats the secret!
I havent planned on making one for this 'theme', because I thought there were some terrific matches already out there. I looked into the whole WB thing once before...*yikes, hehe*...I can try!
