You need to install the Rainlendar program first..the link is above this preview pic

After you install the program..just download this or any Rainlendar. Unzip the file to
C:/Program files/Rainlendar/Skins - assuming that you installed the program in that directory. Then just open program - right click on the default rainy -look for " skins " on the drop down menu and choose your rainy.

Looks good. This does not look to be your first rainy. It's great, i like it. You know what i like about clear skins and stuff???? THEY GO WITH ANYTHING!!!!
