I havent tried your sysmetrix on this yet but I have several of them - if I can just figure out how to configure them....
I like the colours on this...I had made a box shaped rainy but never finished it - its not an easy design to work with.

Like everybody, I began with "Settings"/"create a new theme", for a simple Sysmetrix clock, as a game...then I read documentation (in french !) and explored folders of more "complicated" smx. The best improvement is by watching work of others ! Configuration needs a lot of time , sometimes the result worth it...
