Hi Jim, you should know by now that this is the end of the weather widgets era as we know them. You may check this link: wxdata.weather.com. 
So any widgets that uses xml feeds from weather.com ( Rainmeter, etc...) will not work from this 15 Jan 2020. And we are unlikely to wait for a solution to this problem...
If I find any alternative solution, I will update all my weather utilities.
