Mr Beesley you can find the background bmp in the skin folder, take it in to a paint program and just colour the word glass with black, save and your done.

I know this is still in Moderation(as of 5/16/07) but I just wanted to be the first comment. This is the best RightClick menu yet. I can't believe you were able to achieve that glassy look with only a bmp. The design is unique and your usual top notch quality.
