I think it looks good. You really should make a new pic of it because its hard to see the text in the menu.

Only if your looking at the preview without clicking on it to enlarge to full view - full view looks just fine - the text is gray and matches Theme. But your correct in the opinion that the preview doesn't show the excellent details in this skin - its quite different in ' person' and the mouseover is awesome - margins are perfect.

Top notch RC and the theme is fabulous.
The preview doesn't do it justice - you need to see the highlights in person
