You might want to make sure you've got an "arrows" folder in the "Spiral Notebook" folder and that you've got ArrowPopup.bmp and ArrowPopup_Selected.bmp in that "arrows" folder. I don't know what app you used to unzip the archive but, if you used WinZip and didn't check "Use folder names" . . . all the files will get dumped into one common folder and RightClick won't find the bmp files where it expects them in the "arrows" folder.
Also . . . You'll only get check marks if you've got submenus.
