Just unzip the archive to the "skins" subfolder of the RightClick folder. Make sure that, if you're using an app like WinZip to extract the files to check Use Folder Namesin the dialog box. Then, if RightClick is running, simply right click on your desktop and select Edit This Menu. Click on the Skins tab and select which ever skin you want.
PS . . . . make sure to open the readme file that's in the archive, as it will tell you how to optimize the appearance of this skin.
