riot41solution, you need to download the rightclick program before you use this skin. download it from this link https://www.stardock.com/products/rightclick/ there is a free version as well as a paid version. for now get the free version. Once you have installed rightclick unzip the skin file you download into the following folder. (i am assuming you are using XP, rightclick has problems with vista and i am not sure if it works with windows 7) If your using XP, unzip to c:/program files/stardock/object desktop/rightclick/skins. then load rightclick and rightclick in an empty area of the menu and choose properties, click the skins tab and you should see valentines day RC in the list of available skins, click it then click ok and your done. good luck.
