Hello howlin_2004,
I have tested this screensaver infront of uploading. And I have currently downloaded and tested this screensaver again:
The setup works very well. (At my computer.)
If you run the setup, you have to select a language AND to click to the ">>"-button.
If this does not work: Rename the "dsr.drl"-file to "WinXP-Dino.scr" (for example, important is the .scr-extention)
Now rightclick the file and click to "Install". That's it.
I hope, this little instruction helps you.
