Try this: When you click the download button, instead of choosing run, choose save. That will open a window that will tell you where it's going to be saved to; if you want to save it in a different place (for instance, your desktop), then go up to the drop down menu that says "save in" at the upper left portion of the window, and choose where you want it to go. Then click "Save." After that, go to where you have saved it, and unzip it . That will release the actual file. If you don't have a program on your computer to unzip files, you could download one from the internet (7-Zip is free. There are also free versions of WinZip. Just do a web search). After the file is unzipped, double left click on the folder to open it, then right click on the screensaver file (rectangular file with a blue triangle on it) a popup menu will give you the choices to Test, configure, or install. If you perform those tasks in that order, you should have it installed.
I know this method works, because I installed it on my work computer with that method, and the work computer is configured by our tech guys to not allow downloading of screensavers through the usual simple file transfer method. (They frown on us doing anything "fun" on our work computers )
