can you explain me how i can these individually into an icon package so that i can open it with the iconpackager? it would be a big help

I do not currently use an icon package. However, I believe you can create a new theme and then add each icon individually to the corresponding folder, program, shortcut etc., other than that I can't help you. Good luck...
