Thanks to all...
I will do the best I can to explain ? The rounded black ovals with the icons in them are part of the wallpaper. I started off in photoshop with two layers, a white background over a transparent. Then I added a third layer under the white and made it black. I then cut out the icon areas in the white layer where I wanted them. The black picture frame was added as another layer and put on top. Then I cut out the white area inside the picture frame. I then took the white layer and beveled and shadowed to my liking in photoshop which gives them the edges. I took one black area inside the icon frame and cut it out and saved to a .png file. I then took that file and added a lens flare in the corner. I then just pasted them back over all the icon spots to achieve the look you see. The real wallpaper is inside the picture frame as another layer and resized to fit the way I wanted. Then the entire thing was saved as a .jpg file to become my wallpaper. Hope this helps.. Alot of it is trial and error until you get what you like. Thanks
