It's the actual Vista sidebar enhanced to work with XP. You can go here to get some cool gadgets for it Link

You need to download a program called Styler (currently up to version 1.38). Then track down the toolbar theme for it, called Vista Royale

i found it, but how do i install it? and once i do how do i get styler to use it?

Run Styler. You can then extract the contents of the Vista Royale toolbar into the styler's toolbar folder (exp c:\program files\styler\TB\skins\Styler's\Vista Royale). You can slo open Styler, click on the toolbar tab and drag the vista royale.ini file into it. Once you've applied the new toolbar, when you open a menu, click on Styler Toolbar to put a checkmark next to it. Then uncheck Standard buttons
