. One thing - Could you show me where I can get those Firefox and Thunderbird icons that are on the program dock? I have been looking for ones that look decent, and these are awesome! Thanks.

Yes sure, go to the "Objectdock" section of this page and then start searching with key words like "Firefox" and "Thunder Bird", any way I'll give you the links.
