piespies.... i just put a sidebar on another laptop and i have the same problem...i think its the resolution...what resolution are you running at cause mine is 1400x1050 the other one was the same graphics card with a smaller monitor and it has a lower resolution so thats my guess...some people have talked about that over at aeroxp.net im sure if you post something over there they might be able to hook somethin up....as for the style toolbar its not transparent the borders fade to it to give it that kind of effect check it out here...Link ....the user pic doesnt change, its just for effect..

you have to use reshacker you can google for directions on how to do this but theres always a chance of screwing something up so be careful

How did you change the toolbar to look like IE7? I want that. And also the side bar?

I was just wondering, how can you fit sso many gadgets on the sidebar? I can only fit a quick launch, RSS, the clock and the WMP gadget.
Also, from what i can see, the styler toolbar is transparent? A link would be appreciated.
Finally, what icons are you using and is your display picture a still image or does it change when you hover over pictures etc.
