Well, the screenshots are of the real Windows Vista, not a theme. However, for my XP, I do have it set to look like Vista as much as possible. I use ljm2020's windowblinds theme & Styler. You can get them here

I use the shellstyle from RoTKiv's theme. You can get his theme at

If you want the latest IE7 5358 version, you can get it here Link Make sure to read all the instructions cause it can be tricky to install. Also make sure to run xmllitesetup.exe that comes with it to fix a prob with tabs not working.
If you want to use a kewl media player that looks just like the transparent WMP, I'd use

You have to have a MSDN membership and have applied to be a beta tester. Unfortunetly Microsft isn't taking anymore testers

I want to have that Glassframes with the distortion and the buttons and ... the whole browser !!
Could you please tell me where and how to get this design ?
I only have the normal Vista style WB but i want this distortion glassframe thing too ...
