i didnt change it.....it was like that
um using vista5342 by Butch123 from deviantart, but it seems the skin was pulled! of course by microsoft....
so you can no longer get it! which sux....

i've got that skin. i heard it was pulled cause it was identicle to some other guys except like 2 things. well i have both and see 0 similarities so i guess you're theory is right. how to i turn on the per pixel blur thing? is it automatic? because mine doesn't look that good. also, can you link me to that wallpaper?

the wallpaper is a pic i found modded it myself in photoshop....
if you like i can send it to you the Res is 2560 x 1280...so if you have dual monitors it will fit nice!

You wouldn't happen to still have the shellstyle dll would you 
? The part in Explorer window that shows the large folder, view as slideshow, order prints etc.?
I sorta overwrote mine using reshacker
