What specific help did you need? Do you need help getting Styler or the theme? Or are you having problems actually using them?

You can get the Vista style toolbar with this theme

When you extract the files, you'll see several Styler folders. Copy the folders to c:\Program Files\Styler\TB\Skins\Styler's (Assuming you installed Styler to c:\Program Files. From there, launch Styler, go to the Toolbar tab and choose the one you want to use.
