1. First, resize and/or crop both wallpapers to the same dimensions (e.g., 1280x1024, or 1600x1200 or whatever your screen resolution happens to be). This will make superimposing one on top of the other easier and without having to distort one of them to match the other.
2. Open up both wallpapers as two separate images.
3. Copy and paste the "Snowed In" wallpaper as a layer on top of the "Snowppy" wallpaper.
4. Change the blending mode of the "Snowed In" wallpaper to "screen."
5. Play around with the opacity of the "Snowed In" layer to your liking.
6. Save the final result as a new wallpaper.
