These are WB skin by pixtudio, made for Nintendo. Only europeans can get them, when they buy a special Nintendo product.

I think I can tell you where to find the themes, try www.nintendo.com and sign up (get adding your stars and you might find this WB, don't count on it though) or in the UK try www.nintendo.co.uk and search the stars catalogues...

so i know this is a strange request but if the creator of this skin or someone who knows how to do this themselves. can we update this windows blind for windows 7? maybe upgrade the graphics...i'd do it myself but i'm no good at it.
