Thanks Chasbo. To get the big icons, go to Icon Packager Settings and change the icon size. The maximum I could go (and which I'm using) is 72 px. I would also recommend you limit the number of items in the start menu or it will be ridiculously long (
) . I limited it to 2 and removed the my pictures, music, etc. folders as well to get a small start menu.
