Yehh i know there's 2 cplair, but if you look at his screeni, the bottom bar (start bar) is clear, in others i've seen and the d/loaded one has black in it all over the place. weird.

Try locking or unlocking your task bar, if that doesn't help try another wall or refresh the one you already have up. I have similar things like this happen to me as well, it's minor and this seems to fix it.
It sounds like you're not getting your alpha blend from this blind Skyjax and sometimes a previous wall image will stick to the task bar even after you changed to another wall. This happened to me a few times with glass blinds.
Let me know if it works.
