The character is curious george. The dock icons are a mish mash of prob every designer on this site, lotta talent here. The wall I made in PS, just a plain black background and I found George on google images.
Icons are a mixture of the images included with the original OD+ download. Also from the IPhone inspired packs/FauxS-XP packs/& Arileen packs.. All found on this site.
Ill try to upload the wall, but feel free to right click and save that one, then just black paint over my icons
