If you have the latest build of WindowBlinds, you can set it transparent. Click on the Explorer Backgrounds Tab in the upper right of the main screen. Check the box that says Simulate Opacity on Windows XP, then set the opacity.

There is no another program to do that? I have WindowBlinds but is the 6.0.
