I admire your creativity! Your design concepts are radically non-status-quo! You must live "outside the box"! 
Lookin' forward to the completed WB. Your comparison of this design to Aero is funny. Reminds me of the line in the Crocodile Dundee movie, where someone pulls a knife on Dundee and he replies "That's not a knife. This is a knife (as Dundee shows him his huge knife)!"

Using those corner supports in as system buttons really blends it together nicely...looking forward to the finished product.
