I love the texture and the color combinations! The steam animation will be really cool! Since you asked for feedback, there are a couple of suggestions I would like to offer. (I am not a skinner myself, and I admire everyone who is able to create skins. So all I can do is give my impressions from an aesthetic viewpoint.) I think the folder tabs and toolbar icons would look better if the corners were rounded to match the Start Panel and the Taskbar. Also, the toolbar icons might look better if the background was gray and more integrated (similar to the way you have done the buttons, maybe). In my opinion, these changes would give the skin a more seamless and integrated look. 
Anyway, I believe this wil be a great skin for everyday enjoyment, and I'm really looking forward to its completion. Thanks for sharing!

have the blinking button on the taskbar like a different color if u know what i mean so have almost the same color that u dont notice it looks like a winner to me
