Thanks for all the comments. It's not the flashiest one, but it makes work pleasant and efficient and that's more what I care about in a theme right now. Thanks Thuglifejunior for the ObjectDock suggestion. I'm going to start to play with Maxthon and see what else I can gain from customization.
