The Start Menu I used is from a program called "Aston2 Menu". (visit http://www.astonshell.com/a2menu/ for more details.) It's basically a skinnable start menu and it doesn't override WindowBlinds skins (except for the Start Menu of course.) I just wanted to do something different...
