As long as you get proper permissions, I don't think anyone will consider it disrespectful to upload your theme.
New blood in the galleries is always welcome.

RedneckDude, your hardwood cursor and wallpapers could not have been more perfect for this.
I still can't decide which wallpaper I like the most, all 4 fit so well. Great timing!
