The rainmeter, rainleandar, DX and xwidget stuff is based on other peoples work. I just change the look to fit whatever WB is in use. I would have to get permission to upload from the person who created the rainmeter. rainleandar DX and xwidget skin and from the person who made the WB.
Then you have to go through the process of properly uploading to WC.
Including the commute I spend 12+ hours at my job everyday. I don't have the time or inclnation to hunt down the people I'd need the permission from and then go through the uploading process.
Beleive it or not I can knock out the widgets pretty quickly. Once you have some photoshop skills and learn how the codes for these things work it isn't that hard. I would suggest just taking some pre-exsisting rainleandar, rainmeter and xwidget skins and just tinker with them. For DX you need DX Builder though. Then you can make your own widgets. You also need to learn how to get at the pieces of the WB to use as the base for your widget. Each WB is in a folder in your computer. All the pieces are there that make up the WB. That's where the graphics come from. I learned all this over the years of tinkering when I had time.
When I retire from day to day working maybe I'll upload widgets again. When I have the time. Who knows?

Thanks for responding.Maybe when I retire,I might try to make something, but for now,I can't, because I work in the medical field and work long hours. You do good work and should be proud.

That's a good field to be in now. Medical. I work for a newspaper which is not a good field to be in now. Last March they told us we would have to travel to Chicago to keep our jobs. They closed the office in Indiana so now I have to travel to downtown. So it's a long ass day with the traveling. I'll be 62 soon so if I had to I could start on my Social Security. I'd like to keep working for awhile yet anyway. We'll see as I know that a lot of newspapers are either going under or going all digital. If they go digital that'll probably be it for me. I think that'll be a little while yet but I hate the commute and I am no longer fond of downtown Chicago. I was born in Chicago and actually lived near downtown in my 30's which at that time I loved. No longer. Now I love sleepy little Valparaio. Compared to Chicago it's sleepy and little. Yeppers that's it.
