It's a Visual Style called XP Amp and the player is Winamp 5 minimized.

I've used:
PatchXP (to patch UXTheme.dll)
Visual style: XBAmp 1.2 by StevoFC and n00dle
Player: Winamp 5.01 by Nullsoft (windowshade mode)
Symbolic Icons by: JamesT
The wallpaper is just something i found somewhere, somehow (had it in my wallpaper folder for a while), so i can't give any credits there, except that i like it alot with this theme.
