The windowsblinds is teknision by honz - recolured by me - u can do that in windows config screen
Icons are sernity by heylove at www.customize.org
im not sure of the wallpapers name but its also found at customize.org
the rainy skin is rewind smooth - try google 2 find some of these
use WinFx for transparency and icon effects
