To the first question...
Step one, get the skin suite AbraCadabra from Pixtudio (although I notice their site is not up right now.
). You can find Trillian at www.trillian.com and the OE Microscopic skin at microscopic.num.com. I have Rainlender and SysMetrix which you can get to here on WinCustomize, and SayTheTime at www.provenio.ws.
Beyond those basics, you'd have to ask a more specific question.
As to the second post, two reasons...
First, I don't visit this site very often, and I wanted to answer questions in a timely fashion, and secondly, I hadn't though of that.
