background works perfectly, the icons are pretty sweet. im gonna give it a 7.. i think i would improve a few things though

This skin makes me want to cry .... I need a Log on , a boot screen and a cursor xp set for this , someone should make them , this is a skin that needs completion. and an msn skin would be neet as well LOL , ahh im so demanding i know
