looks like a desktopx widget. you can get all kinds of things like calanders, clocks, stopwatches, memory meters, internet shortcuts, stickies, so on.. with desktopx

miscrosoft's blue toolbar glyphs would look good with this skin, if it doesn't include its own. use windowblinds options to change to them.
